Under the low lighting conditions (or even back light) I'd go with Black as the beak and eye appear to be the lightest part of the bird. It also appears to be a larger size bird.
Yes, Black Woodpecker. Actually, the bill of the bird in this photo gives it away. No other picid in Europe has a bill of such proportions.
