Black Woodpecker Nest Hole

Black Woodpecker Dryocopus martius at nest-hole. Note the classic, oval shape of the cavity entrance.No other European woodpecker makes nest holes of this size or shape. This is another shot by my friend Uku Paal in Estonia.
